Catrice spent a ½ day with us and I must say we needed two! She was able to draw out issues and helped us to expound on them and most importantly charged us with coming up with solutions. It was easy to identify the problems but fixing them was the bigger task. Her style-genuine, sincere, organized, compassionate, patient, willing, eager, excited, and open.
